Claire Crowley, born in Rome and raised between London and Rome. Daughter of an English boxer/stuntman she spent a lot of her childhood sitting on the Via Veneto watching the Dolce Vita Crowd in and out of the Café de Paris. The casual but totally studied individual look of those days was what fascinated her most and what has remained the foundation of her style.
“I have always had a passion for playing with clothes, my toys for expressing my mood and making me feel good about myself. At the same time I enjoy the idea of being able to improvise my look, even when just moving around the city or on my travels, by simply pulling an item from my bag at the last minute and there I am ready for the new last minute adventure!!! That feeling of being well dressed whether out for a cappuccino at the local bar or at an important business lunch even if you haven’t planned it or had the time to pop home again.”
After having worked as a stylist for advertising and, at the same time choosing and customizing outfits for her friends, she came up with her capsule collection of portable collectable clothes.
